| Summary |
| To test, repair, audit, configure, and
reconfigure computer systems and software. |

| Responsibilities and Duties |
| Duties other than those specified may be
assigned. Audits all systems and devices, then breaks down to a
bare configuration. Tests, troubleshoots and resolves hardware
or software problems. Reconfigures systems by sales orders and
makes sure that system is working properly before the next
shipment. Checks off system orders to make sure all parts and
devices are correct according to sales order. Assists other
engineers with the day-to-day operations of the Engineering
department. |

required to lift up to 10 pounds up to 25 pounds and up to 50

| Education / Experience |
| Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from
two-year college or technical school or three years of related
experience and/or training or equivalent combination of
education and experience. |

| Operating Systems, Microsoft Office and Lotus
Notes desired. |
